What if I have more than one practice location?
Google considers each physical location a separate entity thus most of the work we do to optimise your GMB listing and build your citations will need to be done for each of your locations. We can re-purpose some content such as for Google Posts for your different locations; as such we will need to charge an additional monthly cost per location which we discount at 25%. What are citations?
A citation is an online reference of the name, address and phone number (NAP) of your local business. Citations impact local search engine rankings as Google uses them as a measure of the authority of your business. They don't need to be linked to your business's website in order for you to be credited for them; it's the website they are on and the accuracy of the information which is key. Citations are best built across a variety of sites including local business platforms and industry-specific platforms.
What happens when Google changes its policies or adds new features?
We keep up-to-date with everything happening in the industry so will let you know when this happens, and change the way we do things to give you the best chance of success. For day-to-day changes and typical new feature we won't charge anymore, but if there is a new feature which does take a lot of time, we will chat to you about any additional costs which may apply. We don't envisage this happening often, if at all.
How will you be able to post on our page for us?
As part of the on-boarding process we will ask you to give us Manager or Owner access to your GMB pages which we need to make updates on your behalf.
I have more than one practice location - can we re-use content?
Yes! With certain features such as Google Posts and Questions and Answers, we can save time by posting the same content across your locations. However, other elements such as citations, have to be done individually for each location. We reflect this with a 25% discount on each multiple location.
